1. Who We Are and Acceptance of Terms

OfferMachi is a deal discovery and aggregation platform that surfaces offers, price drops, and coupons from Indian e-commerce stores. By accessing or using OfferMachi, you agree to these terms.

• You must be 18 years or older, or use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to earn or redeem rewards.
• If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform.
• These terms apply to the OfferMachi website (offermachi.com), the OfferMachi mobile app (com.offermachi.app on Google Play and the Apple App Store), and associated channels we operate.
• App downloads and updates are additionally subject to the terms of the app store you install from.

2. Nature of Our Service

OfferMachi aggregates and curates deals published by partner stores. We are not the seller of any product or service listed.

• All purchases happen on the merchant's own website or app, under that merchant's terms, pricing, and policies.
• OfferMachi is not a party to any transaction between you and a store, and does not handle products, payments, shipping, returns, or refunds.
• Product names, descriptions, images, and prices are sourced from stores and are shown for identification and comparison only.

3. Affiliate Disclosure

OfferMachi is funded by affiliate partnerships and on-site advertising.

• Many outbound deal links are affiliate links. If you buy after clicking one, the store may pay OfferMachi a commission.
• Affiliate commissions never add any extra cost to your checkout price.
• Affiliate and advertising revenue funds the platform and the coin reward pool.
• Deals are selected for user value; stores cannot pay to hide unfavourable pricing information.

4. Pricing and Availability Disclaimer

Deal prices move fast and are controlled entirely by the stores.

• Prices, discounts, coupons, and stock can change or expire at any time without notice — many deals live for only a couple of hours.
• Always verify the final price on the store's checkout page before paying.
• Despite continuous monitoring, listings may occasionally contain outdated prices, typos, or errors. OfferMachi is not liable for purchase decisions made on such listings.
• Expired deals are flagged automatically as soon as our checks detect them.

5. Rewards Program Scope

OfferMachi Coins are loyalty credits earned from eligible actions completed inside OfferMachi.

• Clicking deals, daily login, sharing supported deals, and first app install can earn coins.
• OfferMachi may update task rewards, limits, and bonus rules over time to keep the program healthy.
• Coins are promotional credits and do not represent cash, bank balance, or legal tender.

6. Coin Value and Redemption

Coin value and usage are fixed for the OfferMachi platform.

• 5 OfferMachi Coins = ₹1 voucher value.
• Voucher redemption starts at ₹200.
• Coins can be used only within OfferMachi.
• Coins can be redeemed only as Amazon gift vouchers or Flipkart gift vouchers.
• Coins cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold, or redeemed as cash.

7. Pending, Verification, and Reversal

Coins can be reviewed, delayed, or reversed when activity appears abusive or breaks reward rules.

• Repeated clicks on the same deal may stop earning new coins.
• OfferMachi may cap counted clicks or shares per day to reduce abuse.
• Voucher requests may be delayed for basic fraud review before release.

8. Accounts and Eligibility

• Sign-in is via Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure.
• Users must maintain one genuine account with accurate profile details for reward claims.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• OfferMachi may decline, suspend, or close accounts that violate these terms.

9. Acceptable Use

Use OfferMachi for genuine, personal deal discovery. The following are not allowed:

• Automated access — bots, scrapers, crawlers, or bulk-clicking tools that simulate reward actions.
• Creating multiple accounts, self-referral loops, or coordinated click rings to farm coins.
• Running paid advertising that directs traffic to OfferMachi affiliate links.
• Reselling, republishing, or systematically extracting our deal data without written permission.
• Interfering with the platform's security, rate limits, or anti-fraud controls.

10. Intellectual Property

• The OfferMachi name, logo, design, and original content belong to OfferMachi.
• Store names, logos, and product images belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify deals, without implying endorsement.
• You may share deal links freely; you may not copy the platform's design, database, or branding for a competing service.

11. Third-Party Stores and Content

Outbound links take you to websites we do not control.

• Product quality, delivery, warranty, returns, refunds, and customer service are entirely the merchant's responsibility.
• Any dispute about an order must be raised with the store you purchased from, under that store's policies.
• OfferMachi is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites.

12. Advertising

• OfferMachi displays third-party advertisements, including Google AdSense units.
• Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads; an ad's presence is not an OfferMachi endorsement.
• Ad personalisation and opt-out controls are described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

OfferMachi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

• We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every listed deal will be honoured by the store.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, OfferMachi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or purchases made on third-party stores.
• To the extent liability cannot be excluded, OfferMachi's total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to ₹500 or the value of your pending validated coin balance, whichever is higher.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold OfferMachi harmless from claims, losses, or costs arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or your transactions with third-party stores.

15. Suspension and Termination

• Abuse, fake traffic, bot activity, coupon stacking abuse, or self-referral manipulation may lead to suspension.
• OfferMachi reserves the right to pause, audit, or disable reward access for suspicious activity.
• On termination for fraud or abuse, unredeemed coins associated with the abusive activity may be forfeited.
• You can stop using OfferMachi at any time and request account deletion from the Delete Account page.

16. Program and Terms Changes

• OfferMachi may update coin rates, eligibility rules, redemption terms, and these terms as the platform evolves.
• Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
• Continued use of the platform after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.

17. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.

18. Grievances and Contact

• Include the relevant deal link and your account email so we can investigate quickly.
• We aim to acknowledge and resolve grievances within 30 days of receipt.
